American Concrete Institute Announces ACI 318-08 Launch Event

DETAILS:
The American Concrete Institute will be holding a launch event for the release of “ACI 318-08: Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and Commentary” during World of Concrete.

David Darwin, president of ACI, along with ACI managing director Douglas Sordyl, and Concrete International engineering editor Mike Tholen will be on-hand to present 318 history and influence, and to outline the changes readers can expect to find in the updated code. Question and answer session will follow.

A light lunch and press kits will be provided to those attending.
