Eagle Concrete to Provide Concrete Work for North Pointe Shoppes

Eagle Concrete Systems will complete tilt-up concrete work on five of the six retail buildings

Cape Coral, Florida (November 12, 2007) -- Keene Construction Company of Central Florida Inc. has awarded Eagle Concrete Systems a contract to complete the tilt-up concrete and masonry work on North Pointe Shoppes. Eagle Concrete Systems will complete tilt-up concrete work on five of the six retail buildings, located at 1803 Pine Island Road in Cape Coral.

The concrete company will use a total of 85 tilt wall panels for 88,410 square feet of retail space. North Pointe includes retail stores AC Moore, Linens N’ Things and PetSmart.

Bobby Vetri of Eagle Concrete Systems will serve as the project executive, and Santos Miranda will serve as the project superintendent. The retail center was designed by Phillips Partnership. Concrete work is scheduled for completion in late November.
