Work to Begin for Seretta Construction on Union Cross III in Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Seretta’s portion of the project is scheduled to start in October

Orlando, Florida (August 28, 2007) -- Seretta Construction, Mid-Atlantic, LLC. will soon begin work as the concrete tilt-wall contractor for the Union Cross II Office & Warehouse in Winston-Salem, N.C. Seretta’s scope of work for the building totals 526,575 square feet and includes foundations, slab-on-grade, tilt-wall panels, sidewalks and ramps.

Seretta’s portion of the project is scheduled to start in October and will complete February of 2008.
