Work to begin for Seretta Construction on Creekside Distribution Buildings 1,2 & 3, Jacksonville, FL.

Seretta’s portion of the project will begin August 2007 and is scheduled for completion December of 2008.

Orlando, Florida (August 20, 2007) -- Seretta Construction, Inc. will soon begin work as the concrete tilt-up contractor for the Creekside Distribution Buildings 1 thru 3 in Jacksonville, Florida. Seretta’s scope of work for all three buildings totals 340,000 square feet and includes foundations, slab-on-grade, tilt-wall panels, sidewalks and dolly pads.

Seretta’s portion of the project will begin August 2007 and is scheduled for completion December of 2008.
