Eagle Concrete Systems Begins Springs Plaza Shopping Center Concrete Work
The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2007
Bonita Springs, Florida (July 31, 2007) -- Eagle Concrete Systems has begun concrete work on the Springs Plaza Shopping Center at 8951 Bonita Beach Road.
Eagle Concrete is completing all structural concrete and masonry systems for the second phase of the shopping center, using concrete block construction. The new building will include 5,600 feet of retail space. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2007.
Saltz Michelson Architects designed the building. J. Raymond Construction Corp. is the general contractor. Bobby Vetri of Eagle Concrete Systems is the project executive, and Alonso Castillo is project superintendent.
Founded in 1991, Fort Myers-based Eagle Concrete Systems is a full-service structural concrete company, specializing in commercial and industrial construction. Services include layout, structural concrete forming, flatwork placement and finishing, and masonry and tilt-wall construction. In 2001, Michael and Carmel Leannah purchased Eagle Concrete Systems and have focused the company’s efforts on mid-sized and large commercial projects. Three full-time estimators on staff have more than 30 years of combined experience, and the project management team offers more than 150 years combined experience in tilt-wall and masonry construction.
