Eagle Concrete Systems Completes Tarpon Springs Plaza Concrete Work

The plaza is expected to open in July.

Naples, Florida (July 10, 2007) -- Eagle Concrete Systems has completed concrete work on outlet six of the Tarpon Springs Plaza, a retail center, located at 2405 Tarpon Bay Blvd.

Designed by RSP Architects, the six one-story buildings are constructed of concrete blocks. Bobby Vetri of Eagle Concrete Systems was the project executive, and Alonso Castillo was the project superintendent. J.L. Wallace Inc. is the general contractor.

The 11,200-square-foot outlet includes an AmSouth Bank, Panera Bread, Quiznos, Starbucks, Steak 'n Shake and other retail stores. The plaza is expected to open in July.

Founded in 1991, Fort Myers-based Eagle Concrete Systems is a full-service structural concrete company, specializing in commercial and industrial construction. Services include layout, structural concrete forming, flatwork placement and finishing, masonry and tilt-wall construction. In 2001, Michael and Carmel Leannah purchased Eagle Concrete Systems and have focused the company's efforts on mid-sized and large commercial projects. Three full-time estimators on staff have more than 30 years of combined experience, and the project management team offers more than 150 years combined experience in tilt-wall and masonry construction.
