> Seretta Construction Completes Phoenix Metals Project

Charlotte, North Carolina (April 17, 2007) -- Seretta Construction, Mid-Atlantic, LLC, recently completed work as the concrete tilt-up contractor for Phoenix Metals in Charlotte, N.C. Seretta's scope of work for the manufacturing facility totals 101,800 square feet and includes tilt-wall panels, foundations and slab-on-grade. Seretta's portion of the project began late August 2006 and recently completed.
