PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy of WEC stipulates that the Principal/Project manager will be in complete charge of all aspects of the project relating to the structure. This fundamental approach ensures that all aspects of the project are reviewed by an experienced structural engineer. WEC takes pride in relying upon the principles of dependability, resourcefulness, and technical innovation to complete every project.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality assurance is a fundamental and essential part of the design process at WEC. Quality begins at the onset of a project when the Principal/Project Manager discusses design solutions for the project with team members. Upon completion of the project, an experienced engineer reviews it for code compliance and quality standards. Quality assurance does not end with the completion of the contract documents. During the construction administration portion of the project, the shop drawings are reviewed and the Principal/Project Manager or Designer, further ensuring continuity and the completion of a quality project, makes field observations.
