The office of Kenneth R. Carlson - Architect, P.A. was established in 1989 by Kenneth R. Carlson upon the philosophy that superior designs are the result of quality service. Founded on the basis of quality service for each client, this one-man company has flourished and now hosts more than a sixteen employees and has an extensive list of clients. Our commitment to quality service has continued, resulting in superior client satisfaction. We are proud of our diverse repertoire of project types, having successfully completed projects of all sizes and ranging from commercial, educational, industrial and medical to residential. Today, the office of Kenneth R. Carlson, Architect P.A. is well established as one of the most respected architectural firms in South Florida.

Architecture is not simply compiling designs; rather, it involves interpreting the client’s needs and desires and ultimately creating a unique physical form. The architects, designers, and drafters at KRC Arch. bring with them extensive backgrounds in a variety fields. These highly skilled professionals in our office have completed more than 1,000 projects in the past 11 years. Our office is equipped with the state-of-the-art computer hardware and software that allow us to provide superior design work. Utilizing CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) in graphic production and design results in high quality drawings, faster production times, and greater flexibility during the design process. Although technological mastery and advancement are essential in today’s world, Ken Carlson is known not only for his more than 20 years of experience but also his ability to sketch free hand while meeting with clients. That skill gives the client an idea of what the architect is thinking and results in an instant visual representation of the proposed project.
