| These questions have been asked of and answered by David L. Kelly at numerous seminars on Tilt-Up throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia. David L. Kelly has been designing Tilt-Up with Burke since 1960 and has been responsible for lifting more than 3 million panels. He has been the engineer of structural record on more than 200 Tilt-Up buildings. He is currently the Chief Engineer of the Burke Group and heads Burke Structural Systems that provides structural designs for buildings. |
