Design and Construction Seminar
The TCA has expanded the standard construction education seminar for this location to bring together the design and construction sides of the profession. If you are a contractor, your project managers and superintendents should attend this event to establish a distinct, visible separation from your competition. If you are a design professional, you should attend this event to benefit from both conceptual and practical experiences that occur throughout the world.
Certification Exam
Passage of the certification exam with a 70% or higher score is required to receive certification as a Tilt-Up Technician. To receive certification as a Tilt-Up Supervisor, passage of this exam required, along with 5 years verified work experience. Individuals qualifying through the exam will receive a certificate, a wallet card and a hard hat decal.
Certification Manual
It is recommended that the certification study manual be purchased to assist in preparing for the exam. Manuals can be ordered for $80 each plus $9 for shipping and handling.
How should you prepare?
- Pre-register for the event using the reverse side of this form
- Order the certification manual
- If necessary, review the Tilt-Up Construction & Engineering Manual, 6th Edition.
- Arrive at the test site on-time and ready to go.

Any attendee may register to attend this three-hour seminar opportunity for $30 ea. without taking the exam. Those taking the exam to not pay the seminar fee. All manuals are an additional charge and must be requested.
