In another one of this year's Office category winners, Tilt-Up was selected for the construction of the Kendall Village Office Tower, occupied by Nova Southeastern University Service Center in Miami, Fla. Despite its small size, the 75,000-square-foot building was no small feat for Tilt-Up contractor Tilt-Con Corporation.

With 46 classrooms, three computer labs, and two compressed video suites, the facility houses more than ten of the schools' undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs.

The concave curved walls required lining up the perfectly straight panels at a slight angle to create the curvature. Reveals were created using foam balls purchased at an arts and crafts store. The project had limited site access for construction, so casting beds were necessary. The pale yellow with royal blue accents and signage are completed with a deep maroon paint scheme.
