Consolidated Theatres selected Tilt-Up for this 12-screen cinema because of the method's ability to meet tight schedules and budgets, as well as the sound abatement and security benefits of a concrete facility. In fact, 8-inch Tilt-Up panels, decorated with curtains and carpet, were utilized on the interior of the facility to control sound transmission between the theatres. The roof structure breaks at each demising Tilt-Up wall further control sound transmission in a very cost effective manner.

The architecture used for the cinemas was achieved with an ornate entrance combining Tilt-Up, EIFS, steel stud and glass.

Since Tilt-Up was also used for interior walls, there were more than 50,000 square feet of wall panels for the 37,000 square foot floor area and panels has to be stack cast. The tallest panel is 39 feet, while the heaviest panel weights about 90,000 lbs. The facility was constructed in 180 days and serves as the company's prototype for future cinemas.
