Because of its high visibility from two freeways, the Prologis Park building required the high image design and long-lasting durability that only Tilt-Up construction was able to deliver.

Because of its high visibility, this 763,228 square foot office distribution facility required a unique and high-end design. Utilizing concrete Tilt-Up panels with reflective glazing elements and “pop-out” architectural panel design elements, provided the owner with an aesthetically appealing facility.

The $11.8 million building, constructed in 198 days, has 45-foot high wall panels, a 32-foot clear height warehouse area, and cross-dock loading with an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The tallest panel is 46 feet high and the heaviest panel weighs more than 196,000 lbs.
