This 82,160 square foot building was completed in March, 1999, by Balch Enterprises, Inc., of Hayward, California. Jerry Willis of San Jose, California, was the architect, and Terry Weatherby of Jackson, California, served as engineer.

The building is on two levels: a 72,048 sq. ft. first floor and a 10,112 sq. ft. second floor. The design is highlighted by smooth rounded corners and a bold entry with massive rounded columns. Ribbon glass, used both horizontally and vertically, also contributes to the structure's modern look. The color is a uniform, clean white.

After comparing cost estimates for exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) versus Tilt-Up, it was determined that not only could the design requirements be met with Tilt-Up but the finished product would be more durable and less expensive than with EIFS.

The 7 1/4"-thich concrete Tilt-Up panels exceeded the security and durability requirements of Supercom's shipping and receiving departments, which contain nearly 20 truck bays.

The entry to the structure was formed with five Tilt-Up panels, two full-height half columns, and another pair of shorter columns which support an L-shaped spandrail panel.

All of the rounded corners were cast as part of the Tilt-Up panels.
