Tilt-Up Concrete built this attractive structure for their renter to operate a combination roller rink, game center and food court with office facilities.

Designed by architect Hutchinson Design, the 37,500 square foot building presents a pleasingly playful and colorful image, consistent with its occupancy. The building is striking in its simplicity. The free form of the front wall combined with the random cut openings would be difficult if not impossible with most other forms of construction.

The retrained use of primary colors give the facade a refined but interesting appearance.
